ZEIRO ("ZEIRO", "we", "us") operates the ZEIRO website and services. For privacy questions, contact us at deaznunoois@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, ZEIRO is the controller of the personal data described here.

• Account information: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name, email and profile image Google shares with us. We never receive your Google password.
• Goals and interests: the answers you give in the goals questions (what you enjoy, strengths, struggles, work you would avoid, priorities, how long you want to be in school), plus majors and jobs you save, rank, compare or share.
• Documents and uploads: anything you upload or type into ZEIRO features, including education, work history and skills. Submitted text may be sent to our AI provider to generate feedback.
• Payment information: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects your card details, billing address and tax location. ZEIRO never sees or stores your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through a support or feedback form.

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, links clicked, searches and filters applied, referring page, and timestamps.
• Device and connection data: browser type, operating system, screen size, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and IP address itself.
• Local storage: we store your goals answers, saved views and session tokens in your browser so the site works and remembers you.
• Error and performance logs: technical details when something breaks, so we can fix it.

• To run ZEIRO: create and secure your account, keep you signed in, and save your rankings, comparisons and uploads.
• To personalize results: use your goals answers to rank majors, match jobs and tailor recommendations across the site.
• To provide AI features: send the content you submit to our AI provider so it can return career insights, scoring and answers to your questions.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions, renewals, receipts, refunds and failed payments.
• To improve the product: understand which features help students, measure aggregate engagement, and prioritize what we build next.
• To communicate: send service, billing and security messages, and — only if you opt in — product updates.
• To keep ZEIRO safe: detect fraud, abuse, scraping, spam and rate-limit violations, and enforce our Terms.
• To meet legal obligations, including tax, accounting and lawful requests.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your account and paid features), legitimate interests (product improvement, security, abuse prevention), consent (optional marketing and non-essential analytics cookies), and legal obligations.

ZEIRO does not sell your personal information and does not share it with advertisers or data brokers for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted ads. We do not use your submitted content or goals answers to build advertising profiles.

We share only what each provider needs, under contracts requiring them to protect it and use it solely for our instructions:

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage — stores your account, saved items and uploads.
• AI processing — receives the text you submit to AI features to generate feedback and scoring. We instruct providers not to use your content to train their models.
• Payments — our payment processor handles checkout, subscriptions and billing portal, and is an independent controller of your payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics and error monitoring — receives usage and technical events so we can measure and fix the product.
• Email delivery — sends account, billing and support email.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety and property of ZEIRO or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (you will be notified of any change in control).

• Content you submit to an AI feature leaves our servers and is processed by an AI provider to generate a response.
• Do not paste information you would not want processed by a third party — including government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health details or another person's private information. Redact them first.
• AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is informational only, not career, legal, financial, tax, immigration or admissions advice.
• We keep AI inputs and outputs tied to your account so you can revisit results, and we log usage counts to enforce fair-use limits.

We use cookies and browser storage for three purposes: strictly necessary (sign-in, security, session state and load balancing), preferences (your filters, saved views and goals answers), and analytics (aggregate usage measurement). Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off without breaking the site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and clearing them will sign you out and erase locally saved goals answers. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

• Shareable links: tier lists, rankings and comparisons you choose to share encode your selections in the URL. Anyone with the link can view them, so treat a shared link as public.
• Public posts: if you post ZEIRO screenshots or links to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or elsewhere, that content is governed by that platform's terms and privacy policy, not ours.
• Recording features: content you record or capture for social media is yours to publish; you are responsible for anything personal you include in it.
• Third-party links and logos: pages may link to schools, employers, government data sources and other sites. We do not control them, are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
• Social sign-in: signing in with Google shares limited profile data with us and tells Google that you used ZEIRO to sign in.

We keep account data while your account is active. Goals answers, saved majors and jobs, saved content and AI results are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires (typically up to seven years). Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer identify you may be kept indefinitely. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule, normally within 90 days of deletion.

We use encryption in transit, hosted infrastructure with access controls, row-level database rules that scope your data to your account, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password, keep your email account secure, and tell us at deaznunoois@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Where required, we will notify you and regulators of a qualifying data breach.

• Access, correct, export or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing, and unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and ask us not to sell or share your data (we do not).
• Appeal a decision we make about your request, and complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise a right, email deaznunoois@gmail.com from your account address. We respond within the time the applicable law requires (generally 30 or 45 days) and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. Deleting your account permanently removes your saved goals, rankings, content and AI results.

ZEIRO is operated from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism.

ZEIRO is built for college students and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and users under 16 in jurisdictions requiring it need verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child gave us information, email deaznunoois@gmail.com and we will delete it. ZEIRO is not affiliated with any school and does not receive education records from schools; the data we show about majors, pay and job outlook comes from public government sources listed on our sources page.

We may update this policy as ZEIRO changes. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the product or by email before they take effect.
